Data Deletion

TapSlot gives you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Business profile (name, description, contact info, photos)
  • All services and classes you created
  • All client bookings and appointment history
  • Trainer profiles linked to your account
  • Telegram integration and notification settings
  • Subscription and billing records

How to request deletion

  1. Log in to your TapSlot account at app.tapslot.app
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section and click "Delete Account"
  4. Select a reason and confirm the deletion request

Processing timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when your data has been removed. During this period your account will remain accessible.
