Data Deletion

TapSlot gives you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Business profile (name, description, contact info, photos)
- All services and classes you created
- All client bookings and appointment history
- Trainer profiles linked to your account
- Telegram integration and notification settings
- Subscription and billing records
How to request deletion
- Log in to your TapSlot account at app.tapslot.app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section and click "Delete Account"
- Select a reason and confirm the deletion request
Processing timeline
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when your data has been removed. During this period your account will remain accessible.
